Job Overview
The role is for a Mac Expert – Solution Based Sales Consultant.  The WW Apple Online Store Sales and Service team is looking for energetic, motivated, outgoing, customer orientated individuals who want to offer Apple Customers an unparalleled experience over the phone.  At Apple, we believe in hard work, a fun environment, and the kind of creativity and innovation that only comes about when talented people from diverse backgrounds approach problems from varying perspectives.   We believe each customer interaction is also an Apple product, an opportunity to delight, engage, and inspire. Key Responsibilities: 

Mac Experts will receive training to enable them to advise customers on the correct individual solution that is right for them.  Mac Experts will be expected to: 
Be passionate about Apple products and it’s unique company culture;
Learn about our products and become an expert on Apple product benefits and related accessories;
Understand Apple’s Digital Lifestyle;
Provide consultative solutions to customers based on their needs;
Understand how to leverage multiple sources of information to stay current on product features and technology changes;  
Understand how to appropriately set customers’ expectations after they have placed their order, e.g., “what happens next,” to ensure a favorable end-to-end purchase experience;
Enter new Sales orders into the appropriate system(s) accurately;

Skills/Experience:

Be fluent in German & English
Customer-focused, detailed-oriented individuals; 
Independent thinkers with a passion for self-owned career development;
Creative problem solvers;
Comfortable working with ambiguity;
Has excelled in a customer facing environment; 
Has experience with both Mac and PC
Can translate ‘tech speak’ into everyday, understandable terms
Strong listening skills (adaptive communication, active listening); 
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-stress/fast-paced work environment
Drive for results, demonstrates high degree of drive and determination.
Adaptive and flexible to changing technologies, process and environments.
Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision

Excellent Keyboard Skills

Education/Qualifications:

College degree preferred
Ability to navigate Apple platforms such as iTunes
Ability to discuss Apple products at a basic technical level
Professional verbal and written communication skills; 
Technical aptitude (computer literate, able to quickly learn new applications);
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Function comfortably in a fast-paced, performance-based call center environment where calls are monitored, recorded, and quality assessed.
Flexible schedule, ability to work nights and/or weekend hours.
