Salary: Salary 30 K with 20K OTV

Apple is looking for experienced Account Managers who will serve as the first point of contact with our existing and prospective customers.
This position is responsible for managing and growing sales in EMEA. The sales team will target Blue Chip companies, the Auto motive industry, Incentive companies, Publishing sector, Airline companies and vertical market franchises for bulk Product purchases.  You will also be managing reward projects through catalogues and points systems.
Successful applicants will be responsible for the coordination and/or co-development of overall territory strategy and sales plans with an outside Account Executive.  This position will require both Inside and Outside activities and customer visits. 
The successful candidate will be able to build on existing relationships in order to harvest existing run rate activity while also being able to negotiate and close Pan-European deals from seed to sale.


Key Accountabilities:
•Deliver growth and revenue targets from targeted customer listings through Inbound and Outbound Activities.
•Present at CEO level the business benefits of an Apple CG&R relationship
•Manage all facets of a volume business including lead generation management, profiling, outbound calling, account visits and implementation of campaigns targeting key market segments in the appropriate Geography.
•Maintain CRM tracking of all leads, pipeline, customer & internal partners contacts across all areas of influence (inventory, fulfillment, finance and Order Management)
•Risk Assessment and Problem Solving Analysis.  Serve as a facilitator between the account and internal business partners when appropriate.
•Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
•Develop a joint sales and marketing approach with channel partners to deliver on timely execution and communication of programs.
•Manage T&C’s negotiation in line with Apple Strategy
•Ensure adequate levels of product & process knowledge are maintained.
•Deliver on quarterly goals and yearly goals
•Ability to work with a global team to manage multinational accounts

Experience & Education

•College Degree in a Business Discipline
•Jobholder is likely to have at least three to five years Account Management sales experience in a business development environment with some hands-on knowledge of marketing communications. Experience in Corp gifting and reward segment a distinct advantage.
•Apple technologies and products
•Knowledge of national based enterprise and consumer markets 
•Identifying, tracking and closing multimillion-dollar deals and experience in the navigation of C-level decision makers is critical.
•Account management of Blue Chip companies 
•Experience managing a pipeline is essential
