A global role responsible for end to end IT Security management and implementation of risk response and remediation programs to address the key strategic priorities 
Development of firm-wide IT Security Strategy 
Management and coordination of the Global Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT)
Increase IT Risk and Security awareness and training
Provide alignment and oversight over the IT Security related functions of the Bank including IT Security Architecture, IT Security Engineering and Products, Security Operations Centre (SOC), IT Security Administration and the Local Information Security Officer practice group
Identification and coordination of key Risk Remediation programs
Manage the global IT Risk basket project budget 
Act as IT Risk partner for IT Architecture
Manage a Global Team of IT Security and Risk experts, contractors, consultants and project resources


You offer

Degree in Information Technology, Information Security and Risk Management
Ideally certified in either of the following: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP), Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Significant experience IT manager in a financial services firm and in IT security management
Experience as a senior subject matter expert or manager of an IT Security, Testing, Risk, Quality or Information Assurance
Significant experience in the IT Security disciplines, controls and products
In depth knowledge of IT Risk/Security/Control Industry standards (e.g. ISO 17799, CobiT, COSO, CMMI, ITIL)
Highly motivated, independent working, energetic professional with desire to achieve a career advancement
Possession of excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written to senior management
Displayed ability to work with others, across business lines and geographic boundaries in an international multi-cultural environment
Fluent in English, German would be an asset
