Customer Services Agent - South Africa

Salary & Relocation Package / Work Permit:
Work permits will need to be obtained. We will provide you with all the relevant documents, and we will cover all the costs involved, however the permit must be applied for at the South African embassy within your home country. It is a General Work permit or Critical Skills permit  which allows you to take up residency and work for our company for up to 5 years. It can be extended. Should you choose to work for us for less than 12 months, then you will be liable to pay back the costs of the work permit – pro-rata to your length of service.
Relocation – we will provide the first 3 months shared accommodation free in a furnished apartment within walking distance to our offices. This will allow you time to find your own apartment to rent, and secure whatever transport may be necessary. We will assist you with this.
We do not cover the costs of your flights to Cape Town – this is for your own account. The reason for this is that we wish to avoid the “chancers” who treat this as a free holiday, and are not serious about taking up work and building their career.

Salaries are between R12 000 and R14 000 per month, which includes an amount for the following; 
  • Compulsory Medical Aid (the company’s preferred provider) unless you are already regarded as a dependant of another medical aid fund. 
  • Compulsory Life Cover with Discovery Life
  • A 10% Shift Allowance as compensation for shift work, including working on Sundays, will be added to the above amount.
  • Foreign Language employees receive a quarterly retention bonus of R5000.00 
  • Also we conduct salary reviews annually in March for employees with service in excess of six months

Task Description:

Operating within the Online Casino/ Gambling Industry and these roles will be delivering customer service to online casino players. 

Also important is that You are willing to work shifts.


We offer training for the first month of employment on the in-house programs, so no shift allowance for the first month. 

  • Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats
  • Processing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
  • Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
  • Completion of tasks assigned during shift
  • Customer relationship building and management as well as cross selling of products and services
  • Problem solving tasks during shift
  • Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries
  • Make outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to identified customers, e.g. welcome calls, failed purchasers, etc.
  • Excellent time management and adherence to schedule
  • Performing extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as required
  • Hosting of VIP players
  • Translations onto/for websites or emails
  • Assistance in the planning and execution of the Scandinavian player promotions
