Location: Cork - Ireland 
Type of position: Permanent 
Salary 23K Euro / year 
 + health insurance (VHI), Life Assurance (4 times annual salary) and Pension (7% Defined contribution) + Relocation package of 1270 Euro (reimburse when permanent with receipts) 

As a Customer Support Representative, you are at the core of the customer’s experience. The team will support European customers. The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Representative is to take inbound calls from customers and provide solutions to their queries. The majority of calls would be in regards to delivery and payment related post sales queries and the handling of these calls involve a lot of direct interaction with other internal departments such as the finance and logistics teams. 

Skills and Experience: 
  1. Demonstrated Customer Service experience. 
  2. Customer focus 
  3. Fluency in the language for the position your are applying for and English is essential. 
  4. Written and verbal skills in these languages must be excellent
